Elder Law: assisting with guardianships of the person and/or estate, including contested guardianships; preparation of powers of attorney for health care and durable powers of attorney for the person and property; Medicaid planning and assistance with applications for Medicaid assistance; and consultations concerning long term financial planning and long-term care insurance.

Wills, Trusts and Estates: preparation of wills and trusts, including living trusts and private land trusts; financial planning consultations; and federal estate tax and State inheritance tax planning and avoidance.

Probate: representation in uncontested and contested probate estates, including representation of executors and administrators, or representation of non-administrator family members; preparation of small estate affidavits; and representation in ancillary (out of state) probate matters.
